Oat and Banana Smoothie

Woke up this morning and wanted something sweet to start the day with.  I didn’t have time to cook oatmeal, but I did have time to whip up a smoothie.  The Oat and Banana Smoothie sounded like a good option, and it was!  Bananas are a great source of potassium and a good source for vitamins B6 and C.  Oatmeal is high in dietary fiber and the soy milk is a good source of protein.
